Before You Book…

At BarewithNel, I value my client’s time, so I have a few policies in place. Just like your skin after a wax session, these policies are here to keep things smooth and stress-free for everyone. The policies have been recently updated for 2026 services, so please take a minute to read through them before booking your next appointment.

By booking a service with BarewithNel Waxing Studio, you agree to the following policies and guidelines listed on this page and within the BarewithNel Waxing Studio location.

Our Service Policies

Late Arrivals

  • There is a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your session time may be shortened or canceled. You still will be responsible for the full service cost.

  • Arriving more than 10 minutes late without notice will be considered a no-show, and you’ll be charged a $15 rebooking fee added to your account, due by your next appointment.

Deposits/Refunds

  • A $15 deposit is required to secure all appointments.

  • Deposits are non-refundable, but if you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, you may transfer your deposit one time to a new appointment without penalty. If you cancel a second time, a new $15 deposit fee will be required.

  • Unfortunately due to the nature of a physical service, all sales are final. If you’re not satisfied with your service, please contact BarewithNel Waxing Studio within 24 hours to discuss solutions. Refunds will not be given for results impacted by not following pre- or post-wax care instructions.

Cancellations/Rescheduling

  • For cancellations, a 24-hour notice before your scheduled appointment time is required.

  • Same-day cancellations and appointment changes (time or service adjustments) will have an additional $15 fee included in your balance, which must be paid before your next appointment.

  • If you cancel or reschedule the same day, a new $15 deposit is required to rebook and hold your appointment.

No-Shows

  • Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows will be charged a $15 rebooking fee added to your account, due by your next appointment.

  • Multiple (repeat) no-shows may require full prepayment for future appointments or may result in refusal of future bookings.
